Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties except as necessary to provide the messaging services requested by the user.

Who We Are
GoodDelivery™ is an operational shipment communication platform operated by GoodDelivery Corporation.
Our platform enables authorized shipment participants—including shippers, brokers, carriers, dispatchers, drivers, warehouses, receivers, insurers, claims professionals, and other logistics partners—to communicate throughout the lifecycle of a shipment and maintain a shared shipment record.
Information We Collect
We may collect:
Name, mobile phone number, email address, company name, shipment references, photos, documents, messages, notes, timestamps, location information (when provided or authorized), and other information voluntarily submitted as part of shipment participation.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to provide the GoodDelivery™ service, including: shipment communications, participant invitations, operational notifications, requests for information, evidence collection, shipment documentation, shared shipment records, customer support, security and fraud prevention, and compliance with legal obligations.
GoodDelivery™ does not send marketing or promotional SMS messages. All SMS communications are transactional and operational in nature.
We do not use your information for advertising, marketing, or promotional purposes unrelated to the services you request.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, license, or share personal information, mobile phone numbers, or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Information may be shared only: with authorized shipment participants as necessary to facilitate shipment communications; with trusted service providers (including communications providers, cloud hosting providers, and infrastructure providers) solely to deliver the GoodDelivery™ services requested by you; or when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
Service providers process information only as necessary to operate the GoodDelivery™ platform and are contractually obligated to protect your information.
Data Retention
Shipment communications, operational records, and supporting evidence are retained in accordance with our business and legal obligations.
Unless a longer retention period is required by law, records may be retained for up to seven (7) years after a shipment or incident is closed.
