Names, phone numbers, and email addresses — collected when you register or report an incident.
Shipment references, photos, notes, and timestamps — provided during incident reporting. Stored as part of the incident record and thread history.
Location information — may be collected if applicable to the incident being reported.
How We Use Your Information
Information you provide is used solely for shipment communication, incident management, evidence capture, and operational notifications. We do not use your information for advertising or any purpose unrelated to the service you requested.
Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. Third-party providers may be used to deliver communications, under confidentiality agreements. We may disclose information if required by law.
Data Retention
Incident records and message history are retained for 7 years after the incident is closed, then permanently deleted.
