Description of Service

GoodDelivery™ provides a platform for logging and tracking shipment exception incidents. Users may receive operational shipment communications including shipment updates, incident notifications, participant invitations, requests for information, and operational status updates.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when reporting an incident. You are responsible for ensuring that any phone number used to interact with the service is one you are authorised to use. You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of Liability

GoodDelivery™ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoodDelivery LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
